About a year ago, I realized that there were some significant issues with the way that I was living my life. I was eating terribly, barely getting any exercise, and struggling to lose weight. I started thinking about it and I realized that I really needed to work harder on eating more healthy foods, so I started focusing on food and cooking. It was really interesting to see how big of a difference eating properly made. I felt like I had more energy than I did before and it was really interesting to enjoy different cuisines.
